Will you be looking for a job? Manufacturing or fishing or maybe farming?

There should be plenty of work for many years anywhere from the Lower 9th Ward of New Orleans all the way to Mobile Alabama. You can do some good Speckled Trout fishing on Lake Ponchatrain.

I genuinely don't mean any disrespect but I think it's hilarious that the bugs are a big factor in where you will choose to go! I would never have thought of that but it's a good question!

The only place that you're guaranteed to find fewer bugs is within 100' of the ocean with a stiff inland breeze. Anywhere else you're at the whim of mother nature. Bugs will be whereever there is water for them to lay eggs which can be anywhere.....

We had a real estate agent showing us land in coastal SC. When we got back to her office she gave us wet towels to wipe the chiggers off of our skin! Left quickly and crossed that area off of our list.

You must have been in some kind of vegetation which can be anywhere. And "land" iis the clue.
