SOUTH AFRICA ?? WTS IT LIKE FOR USA TOURISTS RESIDENTS??

IVE LOOKED SOUTH AFRICA UP ON LINE AND THINK ITS A BEAUTIFUL PLACE TO LIVE VERY COMFORTABLY BECAUSE THE $$ ECHANGE IS GREAT.I WOULDNT LIVE LIKE A KING HOWEVER LIVING ON CAPE COD THE REAL ESTATE PRICES HERE ARE CRAZY AND COULD SELL OUT IN 5 YEARS RETIRE FROM GREAT JOB ( AT THE AGE OF 39) AND BUY A HOUSE FOR A QUARTER OF MY PROPERTY SALE . AND OWN A HOME ON A BEAUTIFUL BEACH AND ENJOY...IT SOUNDS SO APPEALING IF ANYONE HAS AN IDEA THATS BETTER PLEASE SHARE YOURE COMMENTS AND IDEAS I DONT WANT TO LIVE LARGE BUT WOULD LIKE TO BE VERY COMFORTABLE LATER PLEASE GET BACK TO ME SOON THANKS CHERI BERRY !!

while perhaps not so popular for americans, moving/retiring to SA is extremely popular with the British. I'm sure you can find many British/SA expat websites that can help you with the details. Most issues surrounding such a move should be similar for americans as compared to British, I suspect.
