You can fly from Flagstaff or Phoenix to LAX. Flagstaff is closer to Sedona by 100 miles, but you'd have to connect at Phoenix anyway. Check connections and fares. It might be easier and cheaper to drive to Phoenix.

FYI, the Flagstaff airport is called Grand Canyon Pulliam Field Airport and its airport code is FLG.
