Ski Tahoe or Sun Valley

I am planning a ski vacatin for me, my wife and my parents. All are advanced skiers except my wife who is a beginner. Any advice on Tahoe resorts vs. Sun Valley- which is more fun... which is more economical, etc...

How many times are you going to post the basically same question?

Curious

Lodging will be less expensive in Tahoe than Sun Valley and you can eat at the casino buffets very cheaply. Sun Valley is harder to get to, so airfare will be higher as will lodging. I like Tahoe, there is tons of variety for all levels. You can ski Kirkwood, Squaw Valley, Northstar and Heavenly. Plus the views of the Lake are spectacular.

I forgot Alpine Meadows. The beginner area at Squaw is actually on top of the mountain which is great, they also have top notch instructors.
