Skagway to Juneau
 

My wife and I are looking for a more direct way to get quickly from Skagway to Anchorage this July. At this point our tentative schedule has us flying from Ketchikan in to Juneau; then on to Skagway by sea. It appears the only way to get to Anchorage from there is to return to Juneau and then fly to Anchorage. Are there no small airlines that can take us from Skagway to Anchorage?

No there aren't. You'll have to go back to JNU. Not cheap, either - http://www.wingsofalaska.com/

If you google "Air services in Alaska" you will come up with lots of options, then you need to see which ones will go to/from the places you want. Several are based in Anchorage, so I would guess they would do a run to Juneau but you might have to pay for a round trip even though you don't need it since the plane will have to go both ways.

But not between Skagway and Anchorage.

Some take private parties to where they want to fish, see bears, etc. so if you can afford it you can ask to go to where you want to go.
