All the places are very nice. The Palm Bay Club has condos on both sides of the street, so the bay side condos will be cheaper than the beach side. Sarasota S&R Club is beachside only. The Crescent Royale is across the street from the public beach area and also the closest property to the village(about 3/4 mile). Siesta Sands is south of the south bridge, about 2.5 miles south of the village and it's on the beach side. Midnight Cove is in the same area as PBC and SSRC and it also has condos on both sides of the street. They all have a pool (I think?).

Just remember that many of these places have a 2 week minimum during the high season which would include the holidays. Also many have occupancy restriction. Some will allow 6 people in a 2 bedroom and others will only allow 4. $1500 for a week seems reasonable, so I don't think that will be a major problem. Obviously beach front/views will command more money than back or bay side condos.

Cathy, also try Tropical Shores Resort & Tropical Sun Beach Resort... They are next to each other, owned by the same people and might be able to accommodate your large party.
