Shuttle from Cape Cod to Logan International
Does anyone have info on the best way to
get from Cape Cod to Logan International in Boston? Maybe a shuttle or car service. Thanks. |
When are you traveling? In the warmer months you can take the ferry -

The Plymouth and Brockton bus company has bus service to Logan from Hyannis, and I believe a few other towns on the cape.
|
You can also fly to Logan on Cape Air, out of Provincetown or Hyannis.
|
There is no real car or van service. A taxi will cost $100 plus. It may not be in good mechanical condition, and the driver may not know alternate routes in traffic.
The P&B bus leaves from the Transportation Center in Hyannis every hour, stopping at Barnstable on US 6 and just across the canal bridge. Its schedules are reliable, and it will drop you right at your terminal. I have used it many times. |
I agree with Ackislander whole-heartedly. Bus is definitely the way to go. Easy, reliable, and affordable.
|
If taking the bus, just be careful to allow enough time in rush hour mornings and late afternoon/early evening as they sometimes do NOT arrive at the airport at the time stated in their schedule. I missed a flight as a result of this.

Not sure where on the Cape you are traveling from but my husband who travels frequently on business has taken the following from Chatham to Logan and back:
Green Shuttle [email protected], (866) 934-6476 David Carter (508) 930-5911 (private car) |
