Suze, different websites give different abbreviations, Sfr and CHF.
Somebody on this website said you should read CHF backwards as "Freaking Holy Crap" :) |
Faina, that is exactly what I said when I paid 15 whatever for a plate of noodles in Zurich!
Speaking of food in Switzerland, Oanda, "the currency site" www.oanda.com, has "The Economist Big Mac Price Index" which lists the (avg.?) price of a Big Mac in Switzerland as Sfr 6.23 which is about 5 bucks. That is a whopper of a price for a BM, isn't it? |
And what I was <s>trying to say</s> saying (for the second time, I think) is that FainaAgain is obviously a smart person, which also is obviously correct.
|
hey I agree~~ Faina is great and a wonderful reporter from her recent trip en Suisse!
I wasn't trying to be picky, I have never seen any abbreviation used besides CHF in banks in Switzerland. |
Aaahhhh, all this is not so important. Let's go back to discussing outfits.
Lots of capri pants in Switzerland :) |
