Should I fly into Jackson or is the scenery from SLC worth the extra miles?

I have flown into Jackson and SLC on various trips to the Tetons and Yellowstone. It basically came down to cost. SLC is usually cheaper as is the rental car. it takes about 4-4 1/2 hours to get up to Jackson and the drive is not overly scenic. if you can fly into Jackson, I would but coming from SLC is not a big deal.
I have a favorite place that i like to recommend to people. If you want a good breakfast in an incredibly beautiful setting, go to Doornan's in Mosse, WY. it is right outside on of the GTNP entrances and not too far out of Jackson. The food is pretty good. it is cooked outside in a hut and you sit on picnic tables overlooking the Snake Rive and the Teton Range. I love that place.
