Thank you so much for the advice. At your urging, I have written a letter to the general manager of the Four seasons and itemized exactly what I found dissatisfying about my stay. I don't know how long they usually take to respond, but I'll let the forum know if I hear from them, and more importantly if they ignore the complaint! <BR>Beth

I must clarify my comment above on hotels catering to people who are very wealthy. I didn't mean that I thought you'd be treated badly if you weren't. I think hotels treat everyone as well as they can most of the time - after all, it's a service business and to do otherwise is business-suicide for them. BUT they do seem to know who is EXTREMELY WEALTHY, and bend over backwards to give them all the little extras. I have seen it enough to think that it isn't a coincidence!
