Sheraton Waikiki or Sheraton Moana Surfrider

Anyone who has stayed at the Sheraton Waikiki: do all the rooms have balconies? Which sections/wings are best to stay in?
What about the Moana Surfrider-- from the pictures I've seen, it appears that only a handful of rooms have balconies (at least in the historic wing)-- what about the more modern wings-- do any or all of those rooms have balconies?? Thanks!

Sorry I don't have an exact answer to your question...hope you still find these info useful. We just came back from Oahu and did not stayed at the Moana Surfrider but spent a lot of time there. We would love to stay there next time, they have life performances, piano music in the garden/pool by the ocean, was very romatically. Also the location was perfect, near shops, restaurants, right on the beach! Loved it!

The Waikiki Sheraton is (IMHO) just another large Waikiki hotel. Nice, but...

The Moana Surfrider is a classic! Open for over a century, it is stately but with all the modern conveniences. It's location is ideal -- walk to shopping, dining, etc. If a lanai is important to you, request one when making a reservation:

Just wanted to add that the Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center is opening a Cheesecake Factory this month.
