Do a search...I remember seeing a number of posts on Vistana.

Hi,
I stayed there last March for the first time and it was great. The pool was beautiful w/ waterfalls, sprinklers for the kids and water volleyball. There's also a quiet adult's only pool.
The staff was really attentive and the rooms (we had a 2 bedroom) were wonderful. I'm planning to go back next spring. If you have any questions feel free to ask.

My father bought a timeshare there in the mid-80's - it's been fantastic - perfect for families (offer things like mini-camp for the kids and family activites like karaoke at night) and for single couples who just want to be near a lot of attractions and not in a hotel.

Especially like option of more than one pool ! All sizes, different crowds. Well kept, clean rooms, kitchens in most (if not all) condos, many with screened in porches overlooking fountains and small lakes/ponds.

While it has expanded tremendously over the past 20 years, it hasn't slipped a bit on accommodations. I've stayed there at various ages - 7 to 27 years old - and have always liked it. (even as a teenager - vacationing alone with my parents!)

It's also minutes away from orlando attractions, lake buena vista village, restaurants and a grocery store. Also is across the street from a small lake where you can water ski, take boat rides, etc.

Frankly, I can't say enough good things about it.

Hi Abigail,
I think you're refering to the Vistana Resort. Vistana Villages is only a year or 2 old and is much smaller (only about 300 rooms).

Dee, Can you tell me more about the Vistana Villages? It looks pretty nice from the pics I have seen, but I would like to hear first-hand from someone. Thanks.
