I thought the 26 glacier tour was out of Whittier or maybe it was in Prince William Sound, but I can't remember. But, if you went from Seward, then yes. Ailik Glacier is the glacier I remember seeing and you pass thru Resurrection Bay. We saw a lot of sea animals including several humpback whales.

We were in Big Bend in 2011 during Spring Break.
We enjoyed Big Bend. I've been to Guadalupe once. I am going back to Guadalupe and Carlsbad the first week of Nov and doing a little backpacking there. This will be my 4th trip to Carlsbad. White Sands National Monement is also kinda cool. I haven't been to Saguaro. I have been to all the Utah parks 2 or 3 times. I have yet to visit Black Canyon of the Gunnison. Mesa Verde is a really good park as well.

I like Great Sand Dunes in Late May when Medano Creek is running. I would think that the primitive road would be good during Fall Foliage too. You definately need a 4 wheel drive though.

You're right, we took the 26 Glacier Cruise out of Whittier, thanks for reminding me.
Your pictures are beautiful!
