Share shipping container to Hawaii
 

When I moved to Hawaii I packed everything into a shipping container and it worked well. Now I have a piece of farm equipment I'd like to ship from Seattle area (probably Tacoma port) to Hawaii (ideally Hilo port). I've heard from people who have shared containers and it seems to work well if you can only find one or more others whose schedule matches up. Apparently there's no organized forum for that sort of thing but there should be. In any case, if anyone is interested in sharing the costs of a shipping container contact me or reply to this thread in case someone else wants to share a container with you. Or if you know of a more appropriate forum please mention it. Mahalo!

You could try the Trip Advisor destination travel forums Washington and Hawaii. See if anyone has ideas.

How about Seattle's Craigslist?

Or Hawaii's craigslist. Maybe someone has something to bring as you do.
