Shade at Mandalay Bay Beach?
 

Hi,<BR>My wife and I are going to stay at Mandalay Bay next month for three nights. With the heat the way it is, we are concerned of getting to much sun. We don't want to have to leave the pool area to get out of the sun. Does anyone know if there is any shade available at the pool/beach area? Or do we need to bring oversize hats.

Shade just got back from M.B. your going to have a great time. Although they do have palm trees its not enough shade. I would bring your oversize hats.Remember the sun moves so when you select your lounge chairs in the shad and hour later you'll get sun. I do wish they had more palm trees and umbrellas.

just got back from MB room 28307, loved the beach, if you get there by 9:30 am you wont have a problem finding a palm and some misters overhead. loved it!
