I didn't get from the website who is behind those tours, but it has nothing to do with China-town, some kind of culinary tours, they offer 2: "taste of SF" and "taste of SF neighborhoods"
And here is another one:

IneTours, headquarters in Walnut Creek

I just took their North Beach tour. One of best tours I ever taken. The guide, Tom Medin, was excellent, lots of fun and took us behind the scenes at a coffee roaster, bakery, chocolate shop, and more. We had everything from cappuccinos, truffles, breads, pastries, olive tastings, meats, pastries, and more. They warn you to not eat much before and they’re not kidding. I skipped breakfast and I still was still stuffed and I even took lots of food from the tour with me. They keep the group sizes small and everything is included. I felt like I was getting a personal tour. The guide really knew food and the history of the area. We even went into a lot of places where the beat generation started. I got to be on the same stage where Robin Williams started. It was well worth the price. I’d say it’s a must do in San Francisco.

Wow, FainaAgain
We were in your wonderful city late last August, I wish I'd known that "Cafe Faina' was open
According to my neighbor we were lucky that we had 2 perfect days weather.
We did all the usual tourist stuff but I really enjoyed the Japanese Garden.
I wish I'd researched further and found the Chinatown tour, it looks like my DH would have enjoyed that.
