SF -Fire at the wharf?
 

Planning a trip to SF does anyone know if there are any closings due the fire at the Wharf?

According to our local newscasts, only the warehouse building that burned is in serious shape. They are worried that it will collapse since the fire was so bad. It was not occupied and has no interest to visitors. Next door is the Cannery, with all the little shops and restaurants. It suffered major water damage so might still be closed this weekend, depending on how long it takes to clean it up. All other areas are OK....Ghirardelli, Pier 39 etc not affected.

Just heard this morning that they think they'll be up and running at the Cannery by Friday.
