SF Day Trips

In san francisco 8/17 - 8/21. Besides Napa Valley, any suggestions for a day trip??

Personally, I'd stay in San Francisco the rest of the time -- you only have 4 days (or is it 5), with one day in Napa. But if you have to get outside the city, you could do Carmel, Monterey, Muir Woods, Berkeley, Santa Cruz, Point Reyes, Healdsburg.....

In addition to dm's list, the San Mateo coast is nice too - Half Moon Bay, Pescadero, etc.

And there's a Fodorites GTG on Sat 8/18 at 11:30 am, E & O Trading at 314 Sutter Street a block from Union Square!
