On our recent trip, we managed to eat at quite a few of them:

A16
Aqua
Chez Panisse
Hog Island Oyster
Zuni

We also had great meals at:
Passionfish [Pacific Grove]
L'escargot [Carmel]
Cetrella [Half Moon Bay]

I will have to get that trip report done soon..
