Sequoia National Park
Ok going to the park for one day with my son (24). We of course want to see General Sherman but what else should we do? We are both into photography and hiking. As always thanks for all the great info

Are you spending the night? How much time will you actually have in the park? If it's just a half day consider hiking the Congress Trail (starts near where Sherman Tree can be found. Many giant sequoias.
Many other things to do in that area:
Round Meadow
Morro Rock
Crescent Meadow
Giant Forest Museum
