I walked by the Crime and Punishment Museum in D.C. this afternoon and there was a line of people with their free admission coupons waiting to get into museum. We are so used to going to free museums here that I think a lot of people wanted to see this museum, which normally charges an entry fee of $20. The line went down the block and around the corner AND it was raining.
