seniors to do list

Hi
a friend and I are headed to cape cod( west yarmouth)for a week in Oct 5-12 I have many questions. first.... the best way to get around if we dont bike it.... How far is w yarmouth from provincetown? we want to see provtwn, hyannis, nantucket, and all the wonderful places you have all mentioned. we are in our late 60's (well almost 70)
I am in charge of planning the week and want to avoid backtracking since I am doing all the driving . any help is greatly appreciated,
I am confused about the ferries and biking thoughts. going a day to each place should not be exhausting.
thanks

Mhemp: Cape Cod has fifteen towns, and West Yarmouth, is a village in the town of Yarmouth, about 1 & 1/2 hour drive to Provincetown.

Yarmouth is in the mid-cape area so is centrally located to all other areas of the Cape including Hyannis where you will also be able to take a ferry to Nantucket.

Once on the Cape you will find plenty of free maps to help you find your way around. Don't worry about biking, Explore the Cape by car, be sure to drive along route 6A.

When you're in Hyannis, stop to see the JFK Memorial. If there is a little old man guard there in a booth selling caps, he can tell you the secret way to drive around and come within feet of the Kennedy Compound where you can walk the shore and take great photos of the spread. You have to drive past lots of "do not enter - private road" signs, but don't worry because that little old man is the sheriff's brother.
