Ugh! Even I would get angry with my posts...that should be "in Europe" and not "in the Europe." I can't even spell synopsis correctly in an earlier post. I must be spending too much time on this board and getting frustrated with all the same questions from people who haven't any clue as to the search function...it's affecting my already poor writing ability.

I don't know where you got your info, but I saw no "O" tags today. I saw everything from A-M and commercial vehicles have numbers first.

Like any large area, you can't have police at every parking lot, beach, and park. You have to protect yourself. They do catch people constantly, they just can't keep up with it all. I would use the same caution most places I travel.

The reason local thugs everywhere pick tourists as victims is that the tourists cannot return on short notice 2 or 3 times to testify in court. Thinking thugs have no fear of punishment, even if caught.
