One night only in Seattle for my birthday - which of these restaurants should I not miss?! thanksl

I know it's not on your list, but I would actually recommend Lark.

Of the ones you mentioned, I would go with Zoe.

i guess i need to give Lark another chance. i only went there once and it was such a bad experience all-around i've never been back.

Thanks all, I think its going to be Zoe - though I"m really curious about Tilth - the menu is really appealing and the reviews are pretty great and I love the organic tilt...

I really liked Lark, until the pate protesters showed up. Kind of ruined it.

Of your list, I prefer Chez Shea.
