Just a note:
I think we paid around $220 for the transfer chair. They don't recommend them for too much for outdoor use, but the one we have is very well made and has handled everything extremely well.

dcsam - what exactly is a transfer chair? Your note caught my eye because my mom is having difficulty walking.

We just returned from Seattle and enjoyed the waterfront area so much. Agree Etta's Seafood is excellent but you would want transportation there if your husband has difficulty walking. It's not too far but will seem far to him.

its pretty arrogant to destroy the trolley so you can pretend a giant pecil erasor is art but thats Seattle for you.
