Seattle Streetcar

This morning I saw a "test train" of this sleek new downtown trolley running along Westlake Avenue.

The tram is a beautiful red color and the name "Seattle Streetcar" is in white on the side. So thankful seems to have been renamed from the originally proposed title of South Lake Union Trolley (with the unfortunate acronym!).

It would have been as good as T.A.R.T.

Was the first I'd heard of it too (the new name) but that's what it says on the trolley car.

And if it had been the "Lake Union South Trolley" it would have been the LUST Trolley!

All Aboard!
