Seattle: Name that Church!
 

I'm going nuts, and none of my friends can solve this mystery.

I live in Fremont with a view past Gas Works and over Lake Union. Can't see the Space Needle, but can see Mt Rainier on a good day! There is a beautiful large church high up on a section of Capitol Hill (I think) that I can see from my deck. It's particularly gorgeous at night all lit up, and I'm sure there's an amazing view from the church out over Lake Union.

Anyone happen to know what church this is?

beanweb, are you going to the summer solstice parade in your neighborhood weekend after next? :-) Have you been to one before?

I think it's more important to ask if she's going to ride a bike in the parade. :D

I am going to the solstice parade! A girlfriend from the East Coast is actually flying out for the parade after the pictures I showed her last year. Anyone else going?

Some day I'll ride one of the bikes...will have to of course tell my friends I'm "on vacation" that weekend. ;-)
