Seattle-Key Arena-Hotels?
Going in December to a Concert in Seattle @ Key Arena. Does anyone have any input on good hotels or perhaps priceline hotels in That area.
Thx in Advance
Jan

The best bet would be one of the downtown hotels using Priceline - the Hyatt and Sheraton seem to be getting hits in the $40-$75 range; at that price either is a great deal (esp. the Hyatt.) There are motels and hotels closer to Key Arena, but they don't come up on Priceline and their costs would be higher. You can take the monorail to Seattle Center before the concert and the bus or a cab back (assuming the concert ends after the monorail quits), and the total will still be less than a cheesy motel in the area. Visit www.biddingfortravel.com for pointers on Priceline hotel bids in Seattle.

I strongly agree with John that your best bet is to stay downtown and cab or monorail to the Key. It is a $5-$7 cab ride.

Coming to see Cher? Have fun!

Hampton Inn is a very nice hotel in that area...
