SEATTLE-JAZZ CLUBS

We are looking to go to some nice jazz/blues clubs in Seattle. We are staying at the new Marriot Waterfront.
Any suggestions? Any great restaurant jazz restaurants?

In a word.... (actually two words): Jazz Alley. It's a great room with excellent acoustics, good sight lines to the stage and adequate space between tables. We only had dessert and coffee but both were very good. It's just outside of a downtown - a short and inexpensive cab ride.

Owen is right...Jazz Alley is the place to go. There is another club called Tula's which is cheaper, but you get what you pay for. Jazz Alley gets the big national acts and has MUCH better food. Jazz Alley actually is in downtown, right next to the Westin on 5th Avenue.

Jump on the nearest plane and fly to Kansas City - our jazz is great!
