Seattle hotels with private water views?

Am going on a business trip to customer in downtown Seattle. Any recommendations on hotels with really good private views of the water from the rooms, preferably with a private balcony? Hotel does not have to be in downtown.

You might want to think about a hotel on Lake Union. There's a Marriott and Silver Cloud Inn that would provide water views. It's a convenient location, with many of the hotels offering shuttle service to downtown.

The Edgewater Hotel is right on Puget Sound. The Beatles stayed there and one of them (can't remember which one)finshed out his window. It has great views.

We loved the Edgewater. Listening and watching the ferries was incredible. I don't remember having a balcony though. I remeber our room like the Beatles cover..a flush window.
