Lola is the new Tom Douglas restaurant in the hotel- it is Greek influenced.

Dahlia Lounge is the Tom Douglas restaurant across the street. it has been a Seattle favorite for 10 years or so. The bakery is also Douglas' and is very good!!!

Our meal at the Dahlia Lounge was very nice. I'm looking forward to trying Etta's this summer when we visit Seattle! And hopefully do the Teatro Zinzanni which is also a Tom Douglas venture. Has anyone seen the Seattle show lately? ***kim*** :)
