Seattle hotel

I am looking for a budget friendly hotel in a nice part of Seattle. I have never been there and are looking forward to exploring the city. Two adults. No kids. We are looking to,spend $75 - $150/ night. Will be there during the first two weeks of October. Thanks.

IME Seattle doesn't have many inexpensive hotels - at least not in the areas most visitors want to stay. $150 would be much more doable.

For your budget, bidding priceline may be the best option. But maybe some locals have good recommendations.

This hotel is well situated and I suppose it is as friendly as most other hotels: http://www.moorehotel.com/reservation.html

Check out some hotels run by regional chains, especially the Silver Clouds - Lake Union, Stadium and Capitol Hill - http://www.silvercloud.com - or the Watertown, University Inn, or Maxwell Hotel.

The lower end of your budget is unrealistic.

Try the Warwick. Nice rooms in good location. They often have deals. Check them on quickbook too.

any of the hotel bidding sites can get you a 3 star for under $100 and a 4 star for under 150...

There are no "nice hotels" for $75/night in Seattle. Even the $150 will be a stretch.

The Moore Hotel is a budget travelers go-to. It is extremely basic but in a good location.

The Warwick is a good suggestion, but I'm guessing even it is over your budget.

I think using the various online hotel bidding sites is the only way you are going to find what you seek.

we've found great deals at the Mediterranean Inn by the Space needle. Easy to get around from there and nice place. Check expedia too, they are on there and sometimes allow last minute cancels if you change your mind.
