Seattle - Elliot's Oyster House
 

We spent some time in Seattle last month and had Elliot's on our list of restaurants to try. After our first meal there, we decided to forget the others on the list. It was just wonderful, everything we tried and we tried almost all. They have a Happy Hour from 3 to 6 when oysters start at .50/ea. One Happy Hour we started with 4 dz. oysters then went on to clams, mussels, pan-fried oysters, shrimp, calamari, fish tacos, and a fabulous lemon meringue confection along with our mojitos, wine, and coffee. From Pier 56 we had to take the waterfront trolley back to the Marriot Waterfront Hotel where we collapsed on our bed. Ah yes, the next day we had lunch at Elliot's before heading to the airport !

Elliott's is on the top three of my list for our next trip to Seattle! Sounds wonderful since I literally live on seafood while I'm in this area.

Is it directly on the water? If so, I'm assuming the views are gorgeous from the place! ***kim***

Yes, it is right on the water on Pier 56. The views aren't all that great, but we sat outside where we could whiff the salt air and try to stay out of the sun. It was very sunny, hot, and humid, and our friends outside of Victoria say that it has remained that way ever since.

Is Elliotts in Pike Place Market? We will be there in 2 weeks for only one night and oysters are a must but it has to be in Pike's somewhere.

Elliot's is about a quarter-mile walk from Pike Place Market.
