No, there aren't, or no, you don't know? (for my money, I'll say "no, there aren't.")

Try here...

www.indiancasinos.com

My favorite in the Seattle area is Muckleshoot Indian Casino. There are no casinos in downtown Seattle.

With one or two exceptions in eastern Washington, all of the casinos (Indian or non-Indian "mini-casinos") in Washington that have slot machines have the "coinless" type, which produce a slip of paper that you take to the cashier, rather than dispensing coins or tokens. They still have all the sound effects, just none of the clatter.

Thanks to everyone, I was afraid maybe there wasn't. Couldn't find any while searching but they seem to pop up quite quickly so thought maybe not advertised yet. Where is the Muckleshoot Gary? I hear it advertised as we listen to your BETTER [US] radio stations from here on Vanc. Island. I am heading down on the Clipper so won't have a car to get out of town. have recently come thru Wash. after a month long vacation in your fine country and found the ticket type casinos not quite the same as the money ponding out but fun anyway if your winning that is.
Thanks
Again
Jan

Hi, Jan

The Muckleshoot Casino is located in Auburn and there is not very good bus service to its location. The closest stop is 1/2 mile from it and the route has very limited hours.

Also located in Auburn is Freddie's Club casino. It is much, much, much smaller than the Muckleshoot, but is located on a route that runs to and from downtown Seattle all day and night.

If you want access to the Muckleshoot, you'll probably need to rent a car. Bus service to the suburbs here is quite limited in a lot of areas.

Thanks Kostroma,
Think I'd best leave the Casino trips for another time. I know there is some more near the border crossing to Vancouver also. I'll just stick to the downtown area and the Cher concert this time. I am sure there is lots to see and do in the downtown area.
Thanks for all the input.
jan
