I don't know, but I would give Redhook's Trolleyman Pub a try. They don't have a web site, but their phone is 206 548-8000. It's in an interesting neighborhood near downtown: 3400 Phinney Avenue North. Fremont Brewing and loads of bars nearby.

Breweries don't usually offer "tastings" unless it's at the end of a tour. For something like that, you would want to go to Redhook in Woodinville.
Some places do offer samplers, which is a variety of usually 2 or 3 oz beers that you can try. Most of the places in Seattle do not offer samplers, but you can get a sampler at Jolly Rogers / Maritime Brewing in Ballard. http://maritimebrewery.ypguides.net/ Their beers are really great (my favorite being the Nightwatchman Dark Amber Ale) and their onion rings are seriously fabulous (and as big as a small child's head). I highly recommend a visit to Jolly Roger.
Ballard is a short drive from Fremont which HTTY mentions above.
Fremont Brewing is literally 2 blocks from my house. They would likely let you sample a beer if you are interested, and their tour is pretty short because it's a small operation and you can literally see all the equipment from one spot. Fremont Brewing is run by really friendly folks.
I *think* Pike Brewing in Pike Place Market may also offer samplers, but you should call them ahead of time if that is a really important factor for you.
Another local microbrewery that definitely offers beer samplers is Elysian. They have three locations -- Capitol Hill, Tangletown, and near the stadiums. I really like Elysian and they recently developed a partnership with New Belgium in Fort Collins, CO.

It turns out Pike Brewing (in Pike Place Market) offers two samplers--six 4 oz glasses of its brews for $8.95 and a six-glass "around the world sampler" for $14.95: http://www.pikebrewing.com/menus/our_ales.pdf
The Capitol Hill Elysian Brewing Company is a short walk from my home. If you order food, look for something that doesn't require cooking, because the cooking there is very inconsistent. The one time I ate at their place near the stadiums, the food there was inedible.
