Seattle and SeaTac Airport

I plan to fly to SeaTac Airport and take a taxi to Seattle. The website for the airport says that taxis are "available on the third floor of the Parking Garage." Is that the bottom floor or the top floor of the parking garage? The drawing online is not clear.

Also, how do I get from baggage claim to the parking garage?

All I know is that it was quite a long walk. It was relatively well marked, but we kept thinking, "surely the taxis aren't this far". They were. Just follow the signs for taxis -- it involves some escalators or stairs as well.

Take the escalator up one level from baggage claim to the skybridge and cross the sky bridge to the parking garage. The skybridges connect to level 4 of the garage, so take the escalator down one level and you will find taxis on the curb between the escalators and parking spaces. Level three is not the bottom level of the garage, but it appears to be the ground level because it is directly across the baggage claim drive. However, You cannot walk from baggage claim across the drives to level three, you must use the sky bridge.

There are signs that will direct you the whole way-don't worry that you won't find it.
