Seattle airport Transportation, question

I while need to get from the airport to the Inn at the Market, downtown. I am traveling alone. Which way would be the best way for me to go. Taxi or shuttle service? The cost of the shuttle is about $27.00, one way. I don't know the cost of a Taxi. Does anyone happen to have any idea of the cost?

Thanks a lot for any info.

You could also take a city bus. Metro buses cost about two dollars (varies by time of day), and take 30 minutes on the freeway to reach downtown. Buses depart from the far south corner of the terminal on the baggage claim level.

Taxi to downtown will run around $25-$30 give or take, so not very different from the shuttle.

A taxi will be about $35, that's how I always get to and from SeaTac travelling solo.

Another option is Greyline Airporter bus. I believe it's about $10.25 one-way. It does a loop of the downtown hotels. There's a website you could check.

I wouldn't pay $27 for a shuttle, might as well take a regular taxi. You get them in the line up on the 3rd floor of the parking garage. Just follow signs out over the skybridge from baggage claim.

Welcome to Seattle!

Also, I am not against taking a regular Metro bus, if you're up for that. I think that fare if only ~$2.00 or so. There is a King County Metro website with a trip planner you could check exact routes and how close it would get you to the hotel.
