SEATAC to Bremerton Ferry
I am arriving SEATAC about 12:45 on a week day and need to get to the Bremerton Ferry Dock to catch a ferry to Port Angeles. Would appreciate suggestions on how to do this efficiently and without spending an arm and a leg. What would a taxi cost?

Hello -
The fastest / simplest method would be to grab a taxi which will run you $25 - $30. Are you planning on catching the Bremerton or the Bainbridge ferry? Both depart from the Coleman dock - but the Bainbridge is a 1/2 hour ride and closer to Port Angeles (the Bremerton boat is a longer ride and further fro PA). Happy travels. |
Hi macinpv --
You could also try the airporter express bus. It's half as much as a taxi and for a slight add'l fee, they can take you to pier 52 for the ferry. It's a nice charter bus. Here are the details: http://www.graylineseattle.com/airportexpress1.cfm Good luck! |
There is no ferry from Bremerton to Port Angeles. There is a foot ferry from Bremerton to Port Orchard, which is no where near Port Angeles. Port Angeles is accessible by car or an infrequent bus. I would rent a car, and I would drive from SeaTac over the Narrows Bridge. |
Here is a link to the available public transport, which is extremely awkward: http://www.thortown.com/bus_and_ferry_schedules.htm |
Your post is rather unclear, but if you are really trying to get from Seatac to Port Angeles, try the Dungeness Line bus: www.olympicbuslines.com. They operate an airport service between PA/Sequim and Seatac.

Thanks everyone for your answers and information. I am actually going from SEATAC to The Bainbridge Island Ferry and will be picked up by friends to drive to Port Angeles! I have it figured out how to get from SEATAC to the ferry.

OK then, just make sure you get on the Bainbridge Island ferry, not the Bremerton one when you get to the terminal!
