We were in Panama City Beach for Memorial Day. Drove over to Seaside for lunch and some shopping. Very clean, pretty area - no fast food and junky tshirt shops. It was crowded, but not too bad for a holiday weekend. Went to Bud and Ally's for lunch.

Was Seaside kind of tacky and filled with teenagers 10 years ago? If so, it hasn't changed.

Personally I mush prefer Canon Beach and Newport.

Seaside hasn't changed alot in the last 10 years..downtown that is. still the one main drag with the shops, arcades and turn around. Hyw 101 is more developed thru town than back then.
