Sea Crest Resort - Falmouth MA.
Anyone familiar with this resort? Going there for just an overnight stay and wondering about a nice place for dinner and breakfast the following morning. Seafood is our favorite but other types of places will be considered.

Just a few miles down route 28A in Cataumet are several good dinner spots: The Silver Lounge; The Courtyard and The Chart Room (Great Seafood, history and harbor view).
In the other direction Falmouth and Woods Hole provide many choices. In Falmouth, Nimrod for dinner and Hearth & kettle for breakfast are good choices. |
Gene - Thanks for the speedy reply. I will take your suggestions along with us.

I like this hotel. The beach here is nice, and water is warm. Nice outdoor and indoor pool. Some of the rooms here can be a little "tired".Its not the Lago Mar, but enjoyable none the less!

Gene and Bogey - Thanks for your recommendations. Since we were there for only one night we will have to keep them in mind for our next visit to the area. We ended up dining at the Flying Bridge Restaurant overlooking Falmouth h
Harbor. It was mentioned to us by several friends who visit the area often. Good food and great view. jd - I must agree, the Sea Crest is no Lago Mar, but we really enjoyed our stay. They really have quite a bit to offer with indoor & outdoor pools, sauna, steam room, small gym and a GREAT beach location. The sunset was awesome!! We will definitely be returning in the future. The place was 100% booked for the past weekend with a wedding going on as well. |
