Scuba in Oahu
 

We will be staying at the new Marriott Ko Olina in June. I was wondering if anyone could recommend a dive shop in the area. Also info on your favorite dives would be appreciate. Thanks!

Where is the Ko Olina?

Ko Olina is about 30 miles west of Honolulu/Waikiki - way out past Pearl City and Ewa. The first thing I would do is see if the Marriott has their own dive shop - it will save you alot of car travel if they do [you are renting a car I hope - you will need it to stay in Ko Olina]. If not, try searching the archives at www.scubadiving.com - click on message board, once there, search the archives with "Oahu" or "Waikiki" or "Honolulu" and you'll get more info than you know what to do with.

Thanks Hawkeye. We are definitely renting a car. I checked out scubadiving.com and saw a recommendation for Hawaii Sea Adventures in Pearl City. Ever deal with them?
