Scottsdale Villa Mirage (Sunterra Resort)
 

Does anyone know anything about this resort?

I believe it is not a resort, but a group of new condos for rent...will check it out...I could be dead wrong. It is in North Scottsdale by the Princess Resort, so that is a very nice area, but far out location.

I went out to check out Sunterra today. It is on Princess Drive, the same road as the Princess Resort. It is located at end of the dead-end road on the east of the resort. I am quite sure it is timeshare and they had a sign showing location of area to tour and hear about the place. It looked very new and very nice with empty desert across the street on the north. If you are into timeshares, it looks very nice.

Hi Kevin, My wife and I stayed there a couple of days the first week in April. Rooms were a little better than a standard hotel type. We thought we would have an in room jaccuzi but that was only for "owners". Yes, it is a time share pitch. Our 45 minute talk ended up over 2 hours until we said it was enough. Not high preassure but way too long. Nice pool area and tennis courts. It is almost out of Scottsdale it is so far north but over all it was a good value for our money.
