Save a few bucks in Hawaii

We have been going to Hawaii twice a year since 2002. Four years ago, we purchased an Entertainment discount book to take with. We have had some great savings using the book. For a $30 cost of the book, we found great discounts on everything from meals to rentals cars to tourist attractions. One year, we saved over $600 during our visit by using the coupons in the book. I fully recommend doing it if you will be in Hawaii a week or more.

We used the book on our honeymoon and saved $1,600 on our hotel - well worth the 30 bucks the book cost. It wasn't even the Hawaii book; it was our local book with a discount section on hotels nationwide. You can really save with those things.

It depends the kinds of things you see and do when you go to Hawaii. Not everyone does the types of activities and restaurants that are covered in those coupon books.

Depending on when you are going, you can buy a discounted book. We bought ours in the spring for $10. It was definitley worth it for that price!
