Personally I'd prefer day - but I'm sure the Dark Ramble is good too.

I've taken many savannah ghost tours and "best" depends on what you are looking for but I will echo what a few have said here; I went on the Zombie Tour with Tobias from Blue Orb Tours and it is by far the most professional and creepiest tour I have taken. Tobias really is a master storyteller and ultimately, I think the guide makes the tour. I also bought his book and he is an extremely good writer as well.
