Sausalito to San Francisco help

We are going to be in San Francisco on vacation for several days in October and we would like to go to a Murder Mystery dinner that is at Spinnaker Restaurant in Sausalito. I know we can get there by the ferry, but I am having trouble finding a way back that evening. I looked online at Golden Gate Transit and couldn't find any buses going from Sausalito back to San Francisco late. We should be finished about 10:00 - 10:30 p.m. Can anyone help me find a way back that doesn't cost a small fortune?

Bus 80 Golden Gate transit serves Sausalito in the evening. The last 2 leave @ 10.56 and 11.55 pm

(scroll to the bottom)

I would call GGT to make sure the bus will be there as scheduled AND where exactly the bus stop is.

Is it a special event? I haven't heard about mistery dinners there, just curious.

Never mind, I googled it :) Looks like the mystery travels all over Bay Area!

But you've certainly done your homework, very impressive! =D>

Thanks for your help. I went through about 50 different routes and couldn't find what I was looking for. I live in the Atlanta area and we go to a mystery dinner theatre called Agathas. It is a lot of fun. We have also gone to them in Las Vegas and Boston. I'll double check on the times. Thanks again. Now I can book it.

What do you know! Now I am looking for a mystery dinner to take my family to, staying over in Sacramento seems too pricey, looking for alternatives I remembered this thread, and - surprise! another mystery! - the search is working :)
