Sausalito restaurant for romantic dinner
 

We are staying at the Inn Above Tide next month and wanted to have a nice dinner somewhere nearby. I remember eating at Poggios before but does Sausalito have any new and decent restaurants besides the aforementioned? French or Italian would be nice.

Poggio would be your best bet for a nearby restaurant, unless you like sushi in which case you might try Sushi Ran. I think the newest place would be Murray Circle at Cavallo Point, but you would have to drive there. Gorgeous views, lovely tasting menu when I went.

Yes! Absolutely go to Le Garage.

You will not be disappointed. Much better than Poggio or Murray Circle.

And I forgot... go have a drink at Wellingtons wine bar
