Santa Barbara kid-friendly hotels?

We're headed to Santa Barbara for a wedding with our 2 small children. While I know that Santa Barbara is more of a couples destination, I figure there must be some hotels that would be better suited for small children. Anyone have suggestions?

Thanks!

We stayed at the Harbor View Inn, it is right across the street from the beach and is family-friendly. They have a website. Have fun! They will enjoy Stearn's Wharf and there is also a Zoo there for the kids. ***kim*** ((f))

You might look at the one bedroom units at MasonBeachInn.com. You'd have a separate sofa pullout for the kids, and a fridge and microwave plus free breakfast.

we just returned from staying at Harbor View Inn with our 8 month old and found it to be great. We got a suite which had a bedroom and living room. It is a really nice hotel and the location is great for walking to breakfast, plus its across the street from Stearns Warf and the beach.

The restaurant there, Eladio's is also very good for breakfast! ***kim*** ((l))
