Santa Barbara Accommodations
 
Does anyone have suggestions for "reasonable" accommodations in Santa Barbara? We're staying a couple of nights and will be hiking and beaching so not too interested in luxury. Plus the prices here seem quite high.

Motel 6 #002, State Street.

The Franciscan Inn usually has reasonable prices and is just up the street from the beach.

Take Motel 6. It's only 50 yards from the beach and cheap but clean.Paul

On a side note, if you have time check out the Santa Barbara Mission, truly one of the most beautiful and inspirational we've seen (and we've seen most). Have a great trip.
