SANIBEL ISLAND ACCOMODATIONS!!
 

Can anyone provide suggestions on places to stay in Sanibel Island. I would like something beachfront with a kitchen. I don't have a preference as far as hotel or condo, although budget is an issue. I'd like to spend in the $700 range for a week in October. Any help would be appreciated!!

We just had a great experience with Sanibel Holiday- www.sanibelrealty.com We stayed at the Blindpass Condo which is not on the beach - but a 3 min. walk. Otherwise it was a great location- near Captiva. Sanibel Realty has mostly beach-front condos. Very many to choose from, and they were very helpful. Great bike rental from Billy's Beach Service (I think) The bikes were brand new. Delivered free. Have fun and don't miss J. DIng Darling Nature Preserve.

Our family stayed at the Sundial Beach Resort 2 yrs ago. They have condos right on the beach. We were very pleased. I'm not sure what the weekly rate is as we were there with a business group.

South Seas Plantation on Captiva is very nice. There are many time-share type condos and you are going during off-season so they should rent for a fairly reasonable price. We enjoyed our stay at the Plantation Beach Club. I think the number for all the resort condos in South Seas is 941-472-5111 ext. 3436.
