San Francisco Room With A View

Hi, Which hotels in SF have Great City and Water views?
Thanks!

The Mandarin Oriental is the best in the city, in my opinion.

Mandarin Oriental will blow you away. Fantastic views from all rooms as the hotel sits high atop an office tower.

The "new" tower at the Fairmont has good views.

Across the bay in Sausilito try the Inn above the Tides and you will be looking back at SF from the water side.

A business associate of mine told me that her stay at the Mandarin was special because of the view from the bathroom as well as the bedroom! I think it was the fact that she could recline in the tub and look at the Bay that blew her away. Wouldn't count on the view being so good in each room, however.

Had a nice room at the Harbor Court a few times. Great view of the Bay Bridge/Treasure Island.

Had a high up room at the Holiday Inn Select Chinatown/Financial Distr on Kearny and had a surreal view of Coit Tower, NoBeach, the Bay.

Sounds like I REALLY have to try the Mandarin tho!

The Mandarin Suites at the M Oriental are at about the 50th floor in the 3rd tallest building in the city. We had a corner suite with views of both the Golden Gate and Bay Bridges. The tubs have floor to ceiling windows in them (the glass is mirrored, of course).
No better views in SF than that.
